If you have sourced your own data or you are using a customer database or both we can accept this in a variety of ways including hard copy, diskette, CD and email. Alternatively you may need assistance with your data requirements and our list broking team will be glad to help.

 Deduplication
We will identify duplicate records within a file or where multiple lists are to be merged between the files. Using a hierarchy provided by you we will the flag the appropriate duplicates for suppression from the mailing.



 Format
A successful mailing campaign depends upon all of its component parts being of a high standard, not least the addressing format. All of your data will be reformatted according to your predetermined specification i.e.

  • Upper & lower case
  • Creating salutations
  • Spell checking
  • Field layout
  • Completion of part addresses
Mailsort
Prior to printing & fulfilment, data volumes of more than 4,500 may be extracted in Mailsort order allowing for postage discounts.
