This database of all limited company and plc Directors and Company Secretaries has been developed from personal details registered at Companies House. From a total file size of 4 million records around 2 million records are unique individuals, which nets down to around 255,000 young professionals, aged between 25 - 35. To ensure the validity of this database all records are verified against the Electoral Roll, and business addresses filtered out.

To ensure the quality of the data is maintained effectively, it is subjected to the following updating processes:

• Companies House - all newly appointed and outgoing directors are amended as necessary

• Phone-check - all name and address information is verified against Phone-check on a quarterly basis
   to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

• Goneaways - All goneaways are refunded in full, datacaptured and suppressed from the mailing file.

• MPS - All data is cleaned on a regular basis against the Mailing Preference Service file.
