To ensure the quality of the data it is subjected to the following processes and procedures. • Companies House - Links with Companies House help identify new businesses • Phone-check - All records on the DBS site based file are verified by running the file against Phone-check. • Goneaways - All goneaways are refunded in full, datacaptured and suppressed from the mailing file. • Autodial - All records are run through the autodial program to identify any dead lines.
