Using our cleaning routines & suppression files, we will ascertain the overall quality of the contact information & addressing. This gives us a thorough understanding of the data potential, identifying any negative aspects, such as Goneaways/changes of address, the deceased, etc. In running these procedures, the ultimate benefits to you will be that your files will be cleaned & updated for future usage – eliminating waste for your campaigns.

This process also allows us to ascertain the “flexibility” of the data from which we can make various selections & create profiles for our clients, for example: age, interests, etc.

Mapping a market
Obviously, many data owners won’t want their databases to end up in the hands of their competitors so it’s important that we establish a well-defined list of companies/industries that the data can be used for and, most importantly, those that can’t.

Ultimately, we will seek your approval on the end users that request use of your file, especially when we first start working together - to ensure that your data remains in safe hands & doesn’t affect your relationship with your clients. Once the mailing piece, creative or telemarketing script has been agreed we will then be able to proceed with the list rental.

Third party agreements
It is essential that your customers give you permission for them to be contacted by third parties, without this you would be breaking the data protection act & contravening the DMA code of practice – to which we adhere 100%.

How does the financial side work?
We work on a commission basis & cover all of the financial aspects of the sales process, including order paperwork and invoicing. Your only concern will be the payment you will receive on a regular basis for the use of your data. We’re happy to work transparently with you - so you’ll be assured of receiving the money due to you.
